You must be at least 18 years old and a verified account holder to use ph39. We verify identity before allowing withdrawals. Accounts opened with false information will be permanently closed.

To open and use a ph39 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
Age Verification: ph39 takes its age verification obligations seriously. If there is any doubt about a member's age at registration or at any subsequent point, ph39 may request documentary proof of age before allowing deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual is entitled to register exactly one ph39 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through shared devices or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. ph39 uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.
When registering at ph39, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration and verification process. ph39 relies on this information to fulfil its identity verification obligations and to process payments correctly.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph39 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. ph39 will treat all activity that occurs under a registered account as the actions of the account holder.
If you suspect that your ph39 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ph39 support immediately at support@ph39.best. ph39 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the account holder has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
Before processing withdrawal requests, ph39 requires all account holders to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
ph39 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). ph39 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit at ph39 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though ph39 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in line with its compliance obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited to your ph39 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from illegal activity. ph39 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
Note: ph39 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside ph39's control. Always check with your payment provider before depositing.
If a deposit is processed by ph39 but subsequently reversed, recalled, or disputed by your payment provider, ph39 reserves the right to reverse any bets placed or winnings accrued from that deposit and to suspend the account pending investigation. Deliberately initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate ph39 transactions constitutes fraud and will be treated as such.

Withdrawals from your ph39 account are available once identity verification (KYC) has been completed satisfactorily. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification.
ph39 returns funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (see table above), ph39 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
Standard withdrawal processing times at ph39 are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank through InstaPay or PESONet typically process within one to two banking days. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing as a standard account benefit.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total.
ph39 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All ph39 promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the general bonus rules in this section. By claiming any ph39 bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the applicable terms.
All ph39 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be completed before the bonus amount and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager a total of ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is possible).
All ph39 bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited. Validity periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
ph39 actively monitors for bonus abuse — patterns of play designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming engagement. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to access a single-claim promotion, using low-risk betting strategies exclusively during bonus play, and systematically targeting games with high RTP or low house edge specifically to meet wagering requirements. ph39 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
The ph39 referral programme rewards members who introduce new players to the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the specific terms of the Refer a Friend programme. Self-referrals or referrals of fake accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and potential account closure.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all ph39 betting markets and game categories. The applicable limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface before you confirm your stake. These limits may vary by game type, event, market, and account status. ph39 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.
Once a bet or game round is confirmed on the ph39 platform, it is final and cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled unless ph39 specifically allows cancellation under the applicable game or sporting event rules. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip or game stake carefully before confirming.
Sports bets, including boxing bets, are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sanctioning organisation. Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, the settlement rules stated in the ph39 sports betting terms apply — generally resulting in void bets and return of stakes, unless the event is rescheduled within 72 hours and play resumes. ph39 sports betting rules are published in the sports section of the platform.
If a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly the result of a technical error or a manifest mistake by ph39 — such as impossibly high odds due to a system fault — ph39 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes. ph39 will not honour bets accepted under clearly erroneous conditions regardless of the result of the event or game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph39 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud Prevention: ph39 uses automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be held. ph39 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in relation to confirmed fraud cases.
ph39 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time without prior notice if there is a reasonable basis to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is in progress. Suspended accounts cannot place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals during the suspension period.
Accounts found to have committed violations of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or provision of false identity documents — will be permanently closed. Any balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation, in accordance with ph39's internal policies and applicable regulations.
You may close your ph39 account at any time by contacting support at support@ph39.best. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available balance. ph39 will process the closure request within a reasonable time and will return any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method after any required checks are completed. Accounts closed voluntarily through responsible gaming self-exclusion are handled under the separate self-exclusion process described in Section 12.
All content on the ph39 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is owned by or licensed to ph39 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the ph39 platform for its intended purpose of personal online gaming. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph39 content without express written permission from ph39. Unauthorised use of ph39 intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph39 shall not be liable for:
ph39's total liability to any single account holder in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph39's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights and you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the change without penalty. Continued use of ph39 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ph39 that cannot be resolved through the ph39 complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
